Q: Are your products authentic and legit? 

A: Yes! All our products, every single one, is 100% authentic. We do not sell fakes, replicas or knockoffs. Each products has been sourced either directly from the brand, retailer or a trusted source. If you are unsure about any of our products or about us (many of our items are quite expensive so it’s good to be a little skeptical) check out our instagram highlights to see our satisfied customers and send any one of them a DM. I’m sure they’ll be more than happy to confirm that the items they received were authentic and legit. 

Q: Shipping? How long does it take and what does it cost? 

A: We currently offer 2 shipping options:

Express shipping - item is delivered to your door using a trusted courier service. This usually takes 2 - 3 business days from the time the order is placed and costs R150.

Postnet 2 Postnet - item is delivered to your nearest postnet. This also takes 2 - 3 business days from the time the order is placed and costs R120. They will hang on to your package until you are ready to collect it. 

Q: I live outside South Africa. Do you offer international shipping? 

A: Unfortunately at this stage we do not offer international shipping. We are hoping to add this soon, so stay tuned for updates. 

Q: I love my shoe box. I am worried it will be damaged in transit? 

A: We take every necessary precaution to ensure your box and products will be safe and arrive with you undamaged. We can’t however promise this as we use a third party courier service. If you are unhappy with the way an order has arrived, send us an email so we can follow it up with our courier service. 

Q: Do you accept returns and/or exchanges? 

A: In short, no we do not. Check out our returns policy for more info on this! 

Q: What payment methods do you accept? 

A: Our website uses Payfast which allows for payment using a credit card, debit card or Instant EFT. You will be allowed to choose your payment method at checkout. 

Q: Do you have a store so I can come have a look at your stock and perhaps try something on before I buy it? 

A: We do not have a physical store. We are based online only. If you are unsure about your size, send us an email or DM and maybe we can help you so you make the right call. 

Q: Why are your items are more expensive than sportscene, shelflife or the retailers that stock the brands you are selling??

A: We are not a retail store. We generally only sell items that are limited or highly sought after by sneaker collectors and streetwear enthusiasts. If you can walk into a retail store and buy something, it is unlikely that we will stock it. There may be exceptions but this is usually the case. 

Q: Why are different sizes different prices? 

A: Some sizes are more popular than others and are more costly for us to source. Prices are based on the demand for that item and size and the cost we incurred to get the item. 

Q: Do you source items on request? 

A: Yes! We have done this for a few of our customers. Send us an email or DM to find out more about this. 

Q: Do you do preorders on items prior to release? If so, how does it work? 

A: Yes we do. We would discuss and agree on a price for the item (based on the estimated resell value of the item). You would then need to pay us a refundable deposit (usually 10-15% of the agreed price). If we manage to get your item, you would settle the balance and we would ship it to you. If we do not manage to obtain your item, your deposit will be fully refunded. If you do not settle the balance of the item once we obtain it for you or if you change your mind, you will lose the deposit.
